All sales are final. Each couture piece is exclusive, quality-checked, and handcrafted.

At Prasangik Paridhan, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and transparent 7-day return policy.

Returns will be accepted only if the product received is defective or damaged.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

You will be eligible for a return or refund if:

• The product is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The apparel is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
• The product is not damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way by the customer.

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, damage, stains, or any form of usage.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of colour/pattern, or any non-defect-related concerns.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure a fair return process and to help us verify any damage or defect:

• Please record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the parcel.
• The video must clearly show the package condition, product, and any defects (if applicable).
• This video is required as proof in case you receive a damaged or defective product.

Returns for damage/defect will not be accepted without an unboxing video.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
