  • Orders within India are shipped via Blue Dart, and international orders via DHL Express.
  • Estimated delivery timelines:
    - India: 5–10 business days
    - International: 10–15 business days
    (Custom or made-to-measure orders may require additional time.)
  • Customers will receive tracking information once an order is dispatched.

3. Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the exclusive and handcrafted natureof our designs, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

  • Our in-person and online video consultationsare complimentary and provided exclusively for clients interested in the Prasangik Paridhan brand.
  • Consultation slots are subject to availability. Rescheduling must be requested 24 hours in advance.
